My Journey to Teaching

I attended my first yoga class about twenty years ago with my mum, and that’s where the love affair began. Throughout school and university, I explored different styles, attending regular classes. Just after starting uni, I had the chance to visit a Buddhist monastery with one of my yoga teachers. That experience completely shifted my perspective—yoga became more than just movement. I started exploring its philosophy, breathwork, and meditative practices, deepening my connection beyond the physical postures.

In 2023, I decided to take my practice further and began my yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance, completing my 200-hour teaching qualification. By 2024, I was teaching and haven’t looked back since! Yoga is an ever-evolving journey, so I’m currently expanding my knowledge through the level 4 Diploma in Yoga Teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga.

As a neurodiverse teacher, my style is a little quirky—approachable, lighthearted, and less rigid than traditional classes. I love blending mobility flow, vinyasa, and hatha practices, with a strong focus on how the body moves in everyday life. Whether you’re training for a sport or just looking to move better and feel stronger, my flows are designed to build stability, strength, and mobility—both on and off the mat.
