Here are some common questions people ask before attending their massage:

What should I wear for a massage?

For your massage, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You’ll be covered with a sheet throughout the session, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Do I need to bring anything to my massage session?

For your session, please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have any medication, such as inhalers or epipens, be sure to bring them along. Feel free to prepare a playlist for your massage and connect it to my speakers if you'd like to listen to your own tunes during the session.

How long will my massage last?

Massages are available in three session lengths:

  • 30 minutes for a targeted massage, such as legs, feet, or arms.
  • 60 minutes for back and shoulders, with additional focus on legs and feet or arms and hands.
  • 90 minutes for a full-body massage, ending with a relaxing yoga-inspired guided relaxation

Should I speak up during the session if something feels uncomfortable?

Yes, please do! It's your massage, and your comfort is my priority. Some people prefer firmer pressure, while others prefer something lighter. Letting me know your preference helps me tailor the massage to suit you best.

How will I feel after the massage?

After your massage, you may feel more relaxed or even a bit sleepy. For some people, experiencing a little soreness the following day is common. Be sure to drink plenty of water afterward to help flush out toxins and support your body's recovery.

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your body and needs! Some people find that regular massages help manage chronic pain or stress, while others prefer an occasional treat.
